Inspector notes: Employee in the cookline area handled raw hamburger then removed a glove (employee was double gloving with regular gloves) and went to handle hamburger buns without washing hands. Same employee handled/cracked raw shell eggs, then went to handle clean equipment without fully changing gloves and washing hands. The PIC asked the employee to change gloves and wash hands. Ensure that employees wash hands often enough during food preparation to prevent cross contamination
