Informed PIC that the use of T-valves are not permitted and that chemical dispensers must have their own dedicated water supply. The chemical dispenser and T-valve were disconnected at time of inspection. Provided y-valve plumbing handout via email. Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers
