Observed employee at the grill touching raw beef paper with their gloves, then touching buns and cheese for customers without washing hands. and with same gloves. Observed an employee pick up a receipt that had dropped on the ground, threw it away, threw away gloves, and obtained new gloves. Manager talked to employees and immediately washed their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the facility
