Inspector notes: At the walk in freezer that holds frozen foods, observed a frozen liquid of icicles from the fan unit and a buildup of frozen liquid on the entrance of the walk-in freezer door. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) to fix/replace the unit and remove the frozen liquid buildup. Also discussed to not store food under the buildup to prevent contamination. No contamination observed during inspection
