PIC stated that they will use a stainless steel square metal container in one of the steamers for storing in use utensils. All in-use utensils were properly stored at time of inspection

Alerted manager who reheated the chicken to 165°F at the time of inspection. Inspector notes: Observed the main prep table measuring 47.3°F with the min/max thermometer. TCS foods were moved to an alternative refrigerator or placed in an ice bath at time of inspection. The prep table was also adjusted to a cooler setting. The manager reached out to their third party to come out and fix the prep table. Staff to continue to use alternative refrigeration and an ice bath on the top of the prep table until the prep table is able to maintain at or below 41°F. A reinspection on the prep table will be conducted in 10 days unless electronically verified
