Inspector notes: Ambient temperature of prep table near the grill was found to be 53.6 degrees F using a min/max thermometer. Items such as cut tomatoes, cut lettuce, and raw burger meat were just prepped and placed in the unit 15-30 minutes prior to inspectors' arrival. PIC moved all items in the prep table to the two-door cooler near the prep sink. Establishment will call technician to repair prep table. Establishment has sufficient cooler capacities to operate safely until the prep table is repaired. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
