Inspector notes: Observed raw whole wheat flour in a covered storage bin with 5-10 black specs visible at the back of the containers. Upon further inspection, observed small black larvae resembling weevils and shed skins. Per PIC, bread production has been limited during the warmer months and the wheat has not been is use in customer foods. All food must be in good condition, safe, and unadulterated. All adulterated food was discarded at time of inspection (see embargo)

Inspector notes: Observed the northeast door opened with a magnet screen door in use that does not provide adequate protection against pest entry. Observed gaps in between magnets and an unprotected space at the base of the door approximately 2-3" high. Advised PIC to obtain a fixed metal security door or similar door. Discussed gaps may allow pest entry and should be filled with door sweep or weather guard prior to the next routine inspection
