Inspector notes: Observed crepe machine, and two waffle machines at the front counter of establishment, behind a glass shield. Also observed empty ice cream machine behind the counter. Currently there is no handwashing sink located behind the counter or within view. Closest handwashing sink is in the main kitchen, around the opposite corner from the location of the ice cream and crepes. New cooking equipment in this location requires installation of a handwashing sink. Per person in charge a handwashing sink will be installed. No existing plumbing present therefore a remodel application must be applied for prior to installation of the sink and use of the equipment. Person in charge to remove equipment and place in the prep area of the kitchen where hand washing sinks are located and near prior to reinspection. Reinspection to occur on Friday September 5th 2025
