Also observed pre-made sandwiches, chai concentrate, and coconut milk stored directly on the floor inside the walk-in cooler. Discussed the importance of proper storage with PIC. PIC relocated all items to a proper storage area at time of inspection. Food must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises
