Inspector notes: Observed chicken noodle soup, steamed carrots, beef/chicken fried burritos, corn dogs, macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, Gravy, mashed potatoes and potato wedges with an internal temperature of 110*f in hot case. According to PIC, temperature for control is used for all items in hot case. It was determined power switch had been turned off causing food temperatures to drop. All items were discarded at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed employee washing dishes in three compartment sink, and proceed to take a customers order and begin to portion food. Instructed employee to wash hands for 20 seconds with hot, soapy water, and did so at time of inspection

Inspector notes: Observed two deli slicers with accumulation of dried up food debris on food contact surfaces. According to logs, deli slicers had been last disassembled to be cleaned at 7 AM (5 hours past). All food-contact surfaces that contact TCS foods must be cleaned every 4 hours by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection
