Inspector notes: Observed establishment to be using sanitizer buckets using chlorine. No chlorine test strips were present at establishment. Establishment has three compartment sink with auto dispenser for quat, dispenser is currently not working properly. Instructed staff to hand dilute chlorine in sanitizer compartment for three comp sink until dispenser is fixed. Quat test strips were discolored. Informed staff that quat test strips shall be present when using quat sanitizer. Test strips are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces. Provide sanitizer test strips prior to re-inspection
