Inspector notes: Observed trays of Time Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) baked goods containing hot dogs, cheese, and ham without time stamps. Also observed cooked boba (85°F) out at room temperature without a time stamp on the container. All products had been placed out at room temperature for less than one hour. Alerted the manager, who had staff time-stamp the trays and boba at the time of inspection. Discussed the importance of following written procedures and having time stamps travel with time-controlled foods

Inspector notes: Observed ice dripping down the back left of the cooling unit onto shelves and the floor. A few closed cardboard boxes had ice buildup, but no direction contamination with food was observed. Staff were instructed to move the boxes from the affected area and trained on reducing contamination risk. The manager called the third-party servicer who arrived while EHS was onsite.
