Inspector notes: Violation Observed: One (1) gallon of milk was found in the reach-in cooler with an expiration date of 5/6/2025, which is past the current date. The milk was still stored alongside other food items and had not been discarded as required. Food shall be discarded if it exceeds the manufacturer's use-by or expiration date. Corrective Action: Expired food products must be discarded or removed from food service areas to prevent the risk of serving spoiled or unsafe food. Operator voluntarily discarded the expired milk during the inspection.
