Per management- provided invoice of kit on order to expected delivery 3-7-26. Corrective action: Once kit obtained place in designated area with the clean-up instructions and cleaning agent.

Inspector notes: Observed shelving units with bottom rack less than 6" off the floor in the front area, a small shelf next to the ice cream cooler and in the back kitchen a prep table and dry storage rack. Corrective action: Repair/replace/adjust shelving unit so that the bottom shelf is 6" off the floor for accessibility to clean beneath units.
