Inspector notes: Upon arrival, two bottles of dairy milk were observed on counter top with no means of temperature control. After discussion, milk is allowed to sit out for 4 hours (with a time stamp) and then placed back into reach in cooler to cool. Reminder PIC once TCS foods are placed on time they must be discarded at the end of the time frame. Since milk was not time stamped, it was placed on an ice bath to cool and will remain until it is used.
