Inspector notes: Observed sanitizer solution below 200ppm at the 3-compartment sink in the kitchen. Manager need to find alternate way to properly sanitize the dishes until the sanitizer distribution system is working properly and providing sanitizer at the proper level. Discussed with manager to utilize the chlorine sanitizer only in the 3-compartment sanitizing sink until the quat sanitizer distribution line is working properly. Manager stated she put in a work order to get the sanitizer Distibution repaired. Manager has bleach and chlorine sanitizer strips at the facility.
