Inspector notes: Observed a plethora of dry spices, multiple boxes of cookies, a box of yogurt cups, and a container of manufacturer potato salad kept past their expiration date. All food items must be properly disposed of once the expiration date has been met. COS items thrown away, staff to check expiration dates more frequently.

Inspector notes: Observed a multi-portion container of oatmilk (in a ric) and a self-service sandwich condiment/topping bar in the front food service area outside the main kitchen and unprotected from contamination of nonstaff members. The oatmilk must be offered in single portion containers or dispensed from a container that prevents contamination of the stock. Self-service stations must have sneeze shields.
