Inspector notes: Observed a package of cooked sliced ham and a container of cut lettuce cold holding at temperatures above 41F, both located in the top of the prep top cooler (see temperature log). The package of cooked sliced ham was sitting on top of the containers (above the fill line) in the top of the prep top cooler. The cut lettuce was doubled panned in the top of the prep top cooler. CA: Time/temperature controlled for safety (TCS) foods shall cold hold at 41F or lower. COS: The PIC voluntarily discarded both food items. Advised to stored food items below the "fill line" of the the container. Advised against double panning TCS foods in the top of the prep top cooler.

Inspector notes: Observed the Sprite soda nozzle from the right-soda machine unclean to sight and touch. Both the clear and black plastic piece of the nozzle had black debris built up. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be kept clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC removed all soda nozzles and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized them.

Inspector notes: Observed several utensils (whisks, spatulas, spoons) with grease and food debris on them, located in the drawers under the grill. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be kept clean to sight and touch. COS: PIC removed all of the utensils to be cleaned and sanitized. PIC also cleaned out the drawers. Suggested only keeping utensils in the back part of the drawers, since grease and food debris often drips down into the front drawers.
