Inspector notes: Observed the accumulation of black Mold like residue in the interior surfaces of the ice machine in the back area of the establishment.CA advised PIC that the ice machine must be clean and sanitized in order to remove build up. PIC was also advised to create a regular cleaning schedule in order to maintain proper cleanliness.
