Inspector notes: EHS observed a big plastic bucket stored in the hand washing sink. Later on employee did dump the water out of it and moved it for EHS to wash their hands. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are not storing items in the hand sink. The hand sink is only to be used to wash hands.

Inspector notes: EHS observe the reach in cooler that is closer to the back area needs to be cleaned at the bottom of the unit. Also, EHS observed ice machine with orange and brown substance inside of the unit. Inside of the prep top cooler needs to be cleaned as well. There is food debris inside and in the corners of the unit. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are routinely cleaning inside of all units to reduce food debris and the lack of cleaning.
