Wash, rinse, and sanitize the ice scoop and place it onto a cleanable surface.

Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. Please have the unit serviced/repaired as soon as possible. Corrected on Site (COS): The TCS foods inside were moved to the reach-in cooler.
