Inspector notes: Observed several TCS foods including cooked beef, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, raw turkey burgers, Gyro, tilapia, catfish, and whiting did not meet temperature requirements of 41 degrees or below. PIC will use ice until the unit is repaired. The unit must be repaired by 5/08/2026. All TCS foods that did not meet temperature requirements were discarded.

Inspector notes: Observed fryer basket wires in bad repair. There was cooked chicken observed in the fryer baskets. PIC immediately replaced the fryer baskets with new baskets.
