Inspector notes: Observed employee filling sanitizer bucket at handwashing sink. Corrected on site - bucket removed from sink. Using a Handwashing Sink. 1. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. 2. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. 3. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

Inspector notes: Observed black substance on the interior of the ice machine in the main kitchen area. Corrective action - PIC advised to have cleaning and sanitizing performed on the interior of the ice machine. Observed black spots on beverage nozzles at soda machine in front food service area. Corrected on site - PIC placed nozzles in sanitizing solution after cleaning in dishwasher. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
