Inspector notes: Observation: Slime buildup was observed inside the interior of the ice machine. Corrective action (CA): Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be clean to sight and touch. Corrected on site: This was discussed with the person in charge. The ice currently in the machine must be discarded (burned), and the interior of the ice machine must be thoroughly washed and sanitized before it can be used again.

Inspector notes: Observation: Encrusted material and rust were observed on the blade of the can opener. Corrective action: Food-contact surfaces of equipment and utensils must be clean to sight and touch. Corrected on site: The person in charge removed the can opener and placed it in the dishwashing area to be washed and sanitized. The person in charge was also advised that any equipment not in use must either be removed from the premises or properly cleaned and stored as clean.
