Inspector notes: Observed prep top cooler in front service area to not be capable of maintaining safe temperatures of 41 degrees or below. All food was placed within the unit before the start of service. (see temperature log) CA: PIC will discard all unused TCS products at 2:30PM. Unit will be cleaned and repaired if necessary. Chatham County Health Department will verify functionality once repaired.
