Observed ambient temperature of walk-in cooler at 54F. Observed boiled eggs, milk, pimento cheese, chicken, bacon and beef base stored in walk-in cooler uncapable of holding safe temperatures of 41F or below. COS: PIC was able to provide documentation that a delivery had been placed into walk-in cooler 45 mins prior to inspection. Boiled eggs were placed into the freezer for rapid cooling, still in SAFE zone. Milk, pimento cheese, chicken, bacon and beef base were within the appropriate 41F or below temperatures.
