Inspector notes: Observed ice buildup around the condenser and on floor in WIF. PIC informed EHS that door to WIF was just replaced and that its not sealed properly and air is being abled to flow in. PIC informed EHS that door will be re-sealed. (5) Maintenance and Operation. (a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Informed PIC to have ice buildup removed and door re-sealed. This must be corrected by 04/22/24
