Inspector notes: Entirety of the walk in cooler was out of temperature sitting around 50 Degrees Fahrenheit. CA: Time/temperature control for safety food being cold held shall be maintained at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below for safety. COS: Cooler(household) from a break room was taken to the kitchen and allowed for temporary storage of some of the items that were not out for more than 4 hours including the liquid eggs and cheese. Everything else in the cooler was voluntarily discarded. Do not use sign placed on the cooler door and company for the cooler called to come service the unit.
