Inspector notes: Observed the following cold holding at temperatures greater than 41 degrees f: 2 containers of flat rice noodles, and pork, chicken, and tofu in prep top cooler; containers of chicken and shrimp in reach in cooler of main kitchen. CA: Time/Temperature control for safety foods must be cold held at 41 degrees or below. COS; PIC moved chicken and shrimp to another cooler and discarded the remaining foods.
