Inspector notes: Observed heavy accumulation of soap foam rising above warewashing sink rim. Soap foam with food debris was observed to be nearly touching clean dishes on wire shelf above. Concentration of automatically dispensed soap appears to be too strong. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. Automatic soap and sanitizer dispenser concentrations for dishes should be serviced by a licensed professional and adjusted. This will be rechecked.
