The area will need to be cleaned to avoid contamination of the food being head in the box. Observed an accumulation of old food buildup on the back side of baking sheets (pans) stored on the clean dishes rack by the back drive thru window.

Inspector notes: Observed the floor in the women's restroom in need of cleaning by the soap dispenser area. Observed water pooling on the floor by the carbon dioxide refrigerated liquid tank. Also, the wall in the same area must be cleaned. Observed the baseboard missing in the utility room in the hallway near the restrooms. Observed the floor tile in bad repair by the drive thru window. The tile will need to be fixed and properly sealed and grouted to prevent water from going underneath the tile. Observed some of the ceiling tile in bad repair in the dining room (water damage). The leak must be fixed and the tiles replaced.

Issue was apart of the warning notice issued on 12/17. The owner, Mr. Patel, stated that C&S Plumbing is scheduled to replaced the entire sink. I confirmed it with Ricky from the Plumbing Company.
