Observed a hole on the wall above the 3-compartment sink and a gap on the wall in the CO2 closet in the lobby, and a gap where the drink lines are running from in the closet. Observed build up on the floors underneath the shelves in the walk in cooler. Observed raw exposed wood above the 3-compartment sink. The wood must be sealed with a heavy0duty nonabsorbent paint. Pest control must be contacted for treatment and the report must be emailed by 11/6/25 to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov. Please contact Walmart management to make them aware of the activity. Pest dropping (rodent/mice) was noticed behind the drink machine cabinet.
