Inspector notes: EHS observed multiple items from the Walk in cooler that was suppose to be discarded 1/8/2026 such as a container of jalapenos and 2 container of pepperoni. CA-EHS informed PIC about items and he stated that he was unaware. EHS showed him the items and PIC removed items from unit.
