Inspector notes: Observed the caulking behind the 3-compartment sink with a black mold-like build up. The caulking must be removed and replaced. Also, clean underneath the cabinet in the lobby underneath the drink machine (black substance).

Inspector notes: Observed two pans catching water (condensation leak) in the walk in cooler. The walk in cooler will need to be repaired, and all food items will need to be moved towards the front so that the leak will not cause contamination.
