Inspector notes: Observed chlorjne sanitizer for cloth buckets too strong. 2 of 3 buckets measured at over 200 ppm chlorine. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. All sanitizer buckets were changed out and adjusted to 100ppm chlorine as required. Discussed with employees proper setup and use of sanitizers, including using test strips to ensure proper concentrations.

Inspector notes: Observed mop sink in disrepait and not connected to running water during inspection. Corrective Action: CFSM was notified. Mop sink is required in all facilities for proper setup and dumping of mop water. Licensed professional will be contacted for repair or replacement of mop sink, including re-connecting to hot and cold running water. This will be rechecked.
