Inspector notes: Observed facility's need to clean both male restrooms as an odor was present at gnats/drain flies were also present; cracked handsink in male restroom closest to the bar. (h) Cleaning of Plumbing Fixtures. Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and maintained.PIC stated he would clean the bathrooms as he's been having an issue with maintaining the cleanliness due to patron usage.
