COS: CFSM discarded foods prepped over 4 hours prior. All TCS foods prepped before 4 hours prior were relocated to reach in coolers for rapid cooling to 41F. CFSm will have cooler serviced and ensure a cold holding temperature of 41F or below is achieved before used to cold hold food.
