Inspector notes: Observed no clear clean-up procedure for clean-up of vomiting an diarrheal events. Written procedure stated that a clean-up kit is required however, there was no clean-up kit onsite. PIC was not knowledgeable on procedure and was unable to show evidence of an approved disinfectant.

Inspector notes: Observed black mold build-up inside of ice bucket. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Bucket was move to 3-compartment sink for washing.
