Inspector notes: Observed a box of single use cups being stored directly on the floor in the front of the establishment. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. Place the box of single use cups above 6 inches above the floor.

Inspector notes: Observed several wet wiping cloths on the counters in the drink prep area. Cloths in-use for wiping food spills from tableware and carry-out containers that occur as food is being served shall be maintained dry; and used for no other purpose. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be held between uses in a chemical sanitizer solution at a concentration specified under DPH Rule 511-6-1-.05(6)(n); and laundered daily. PIC replaced the wet cloths with dry ones.
