Inspector notes: Observed employee wipe gloves with paper towel when dirty, rather than simply change gloves. Observed employee touch face with gloved hands. Observed employee fail to swap glove after placing raw hamburger patty on grill. Observed employee don gloves without washing hands first. CA: hands must be washed properly before putting on gloves. Gloves must be changed after touching your face, hair, body, or clothes, after handling raw food, after handling dirty equipment or utensils, after tearing or ripping the sterile surface, after handling money, or any other task that may contaminate your clean gloves. COS: gloves removed, employee educated, hands properly washed, gloves properly donned.
