Back door has a self-closer but it requires adjustment to self close the door. There is no longer a screen door on the exterior door. Observed the kitchen door to be kept open and the front food service doors to be open, all without self-closers. All exterior doors must be self-closing to prevent pest incursion. Maintenance order will be submitted for door repair and self-closing device installation.

Inspector notes: Observed dry wiping cloths in the kitchen. Kitchen employee told Inspector they were used for wiping food contact surfaces in partner with QUAT spray sanitizer and for drying hands. In-use wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with sanitizer of proper concentration and may not be used in partner with sanitizer sprays. Single use paper towels only must be used to dry hands. COS dry wiping cloths voluntarily discarded, disposable paper towels will be used to sanitize food contact surfaces with spray sanitizer, and hands will be dried with disposable paper towels only.
