Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had multiple containers of TCS food items labeled to have been prepped on 10/27 - 10/30 which should have been discarded before the inspection date of 11/6. COS: Items were discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all TCS food items once prepped or cooked are held under a 7 day discard date system and actually discarded once they reach their limit.
