Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the dishwasher located at the bar was not supplying sanitizer. Supply bucket was empty. COS: Unit was removed from service. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to have the machine serviced so that sanitizer supply is resumed. Machine is not to be used until sanitizer supply is restored.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had a soda gun located at the bar that displayed buildup on the dispensing surface. COS: Glynn Eh instructed management to have the surface cleaned and sanitized. Management complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that food contact/dispensing surfaces are cleaned and sanitized often enough to ensure that they are kept clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.
