Inspector notes: Observed the facility using a "peroxide multi surface cleaner and disinfectant" to wipe tables. A sanitizer will have to be used to properly kill the germs. It can be either chlorine (bleach) or quaternary ammonium. Bleach must be between 50-100 PPM (1 capful per gallon of water) and quaternary ammonium at 200-400 PPM.
