Chlorine sanitizer is preferred choice by facility and proper chlorine sanitizer will be purchased before utensil sanitization.

Observed food and single use items stored comingled with stain remover, stain, and spray lacquer. Inspector notes: Observed a whisk air drying in the back kitchen with dried waffle batter debris. Observed the waffle iron on a tray in the front food storage area in a position that introduces potential contamination from splash from a nearby hand wash sink. COS whisk was moved back to dirty side of 3-comp sink. Waffle iron will be cleaned and stored in a position of the front food service counter where it is protected from hand wash sink splash.
