Inspector notes: Observed adulterated fruit (Raspberries and strawberries) that appeared discolored and adulterated. The adulterated fruit contained a white mold like growth. There was approximately seven containers of raspberries and one container of strawberries. The containers were not date marked. CA- PIC discarded and denatured the molded fruit. PIC was advised to date mark, properly rotate using first in first out and monitor all fruit.
