Inspector notes: Observed lite black build up in the interior of ice machine and specs of black debris on ice inside ice machine. CA: Ice machine shall be cleaned regularly and by sight and touch to prevent build up. All food shall be safe and unadulterated. COS- PIC started to melt ice and instructed to clean and sanitize ice machine before use.

Inspector notes: A substantial accumulation of residue/ black buildup was observed on both the vegetable sink and the faucet handles. Corrective Action (CA): All food-contact and non-food-contact surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis to prevent any accumulation of buildup and contamination. Surfaces should be inspected by sight and touch to ensure they are free from contaminants, in compliance with established sanitation protocols.
