Inspector notes: Observed a employee prepping pizza with a beard longer than a 1/2 in length, Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. The manager will order beard guards for the employee to wear if their beard is longer than 1/2 inch in length by 3/5/26

Inspector notes: Observed wooded stairs in the backroom area going out the backdoor not sealed properly wood exposed,) Walls and Ceilings, Studs, Joists, and Rafters. Except for temporary food service establishments, studs, joists, and rafters may not be exposed in areas subject to moisture. The stair leading out the backdoor will need to be sealed or painted by 3/15/26

Inspector notes: Observed a employee drinking from a Orange drink in the kitchen area, However, drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee’s hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles will be allowed. COS the employee removed the bottle of soda (Orange soda)

Except for temporary food service establishments, studs, joists, and rafters may not be exposed in areas subject to moisture. The stair leading out the backdoor will need to be sealed or painted by 11/15/25

Inspector notes: Observed broken and missing tile in the kitchen of the restaurant still after repairing, all physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and tile are missing they need to be replaced. The manager will have maintenance fix the tile floors 07/1/2025

Inspector notes: OBserved light coming from the left corner of the backdoor, outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: (i) Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; (ii) Closed, tight-fitting windows; and (iii) Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. The backdoor will be repaired by 6/30/25

Inspector notes: Observed heavy grease buildup the bottom of the rolling rack used for hold pizza pans, all equipment needs to be frequently cleaned to prevent the buildup of grease and dirt on the bottom of the rolling racks. The manager will clean the bottom of the rolling racks by 11/25/24
