CA: Employees preparing or handling food shall use effective and clean, disposable or easily cleanable nets or other hair restraints approved by the Health Authority, worn properly to restrain loose hair including beards and mustaches longer than one half inch. PIC is in the process of going to the store to get hair restraints for all employees that will be prepping and handling food.

Inspector notes: Observed soy sauce buckets being used to store yogurt in walk in cooler. CA: Single-service and single-use articles may not be reused. PIC stated that he has food grade containers and will be putting yogurt into those proper food grade containers from this day forward when taking out of the original containers and will discard the single-use soy sauce buckets by today.
