Under refrigeration that maintains the food temperature at 41°F (5°C) or less; PF or 2. Completely submerged under running water: Note: Observed hamburger patties pulled out of the freezer and placed on a rack in kitchen thawing. PIC was educated on proper thawing procedures and placed the frozen raw hamburger patties in the RIC to thaw under refrigeration.
